Friends of the forum:
I have finished this engraving and I wish to show some photos.
This steel engraving CPMS30V, he is a Harley.
Engraving in a lot of hardness's this steel, he has been difficult and the result has been very positive.

Thanks to look this after.

A greeting
Montejano

Excellent job. I do have a question. Was that engraved by cutting the blade with a graver or is it more of an etching process using acids?

Great work however it is done.

This work is an engraving al "strong water" with technique of the 19th century, of craft form, inherited of my (Master engraving). It is carried out with increase (microscope) but to apply this technique in these modern steels and of great hardness, is a challenge for me. Has around 18 to 20 working hours.

thanks
