Engraving ?

My wonderful wife got me a large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber as a gift for my first Father's Day. I was thinking about having my daughters name and birthdate engraved on the lock side. Has anyone had their Sebenza engraved before? If so, pics would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Maybe check with a local laser engraving shop in your area, the kind that make trophies and business trade show knickknacks and such. Laser etching will be black, and look like printing on the surface. Not what you want if you are thinking a classic, "carved" engraving. Maybe a local gunsmith in your area can give you a resource.

CRK offers engraving services. Call them. Maybe they have some examples of personalized work they've done.
 
Most don't get their knives engraved, due to it being a re-sale price killer. In your case as a present from the wife this should not be a problem.
I doubt you will be selling.
 
Thank you for the replies. I will not be selling this one. Not only is it a gift but it's my first CRK.
 
I have a couple at CRK right now am holding out on posting pics until they are finished and back home. Can't wait. My two that are being engraved right now are now heirlooms - one for each kid once I go belly up.
 
Sorry it took this long just a busy day. I had more time when I was working now that I am retired I seem to be more busy. :) Hope this helps.




They did a great job. I am looking at having the letters some how done in silver to stand out more.
