Enlarging (opening up) the title on sales threads

I "think" that I used to be able to run the cursor over the individual title in a sales thread, and it would "open up" or give further info, without "clicking" on the thread title.
This was a great time-saver, as I could pass over many sales thread titles, getting the necessary info, without having to open the thread itself.
Perhaps I imagined the whole thing... :)
 
It still works for me, just have to hover over the title itself instead of the whole space occupied by the thread's title and info.

Not having any luck...using Win 10, Samsung Notebook 7 Spin.

Maybe on mobile it doesn't function like that? if it takes touching the screen I doubt you can physically 'hover' over a title.
 
Google Chrome browser with Win 10.
My "earlier" edition of the post, which included iPad and Android, was rather dumb. Embarrassing...
