Enough knife II

I took a stroll through my garden after work today. This winter has been mild enough I still have fall greens growing . I had the little BK13 in my pocket so I used it to harvest collards and kale. I figured since I was all ready using it I would work up tomorrows supper with it
I would like more andouille sausage but I am not making a trip to the store for it

Not here but I have procured pork from a garden when I lived in Florida. 80 lb wild pig was ravaging a friends garden we made him part of the harvest. I try to keep anduoille smoked sausage around for stuff like this red onion came from the garden. Until this year January 20th was my latest harvest
 
I have one of the stainless Remora's, that I keep in a kit. To be honest, I never really found a use for it. Plus, with my hand size, it doesn't really work out too good.
