Yes, I have a few knives, and a handful of them are rather nice.........then there's ones like these that I get out and turn over and over in my hands and simply wonder at their perfection.

Was lucky to get the opportunity to obtain them, and they went for a few As New In Box Spydercos + cash. Yes, they're worth a bit........but when you know a good slipjoint, the 'worth/value' is far from the mind...........these things just make you wonder in awe.

Ok, apologies, these are just my old iPhone 7 pics, but I wish there were more of these slippies about...

Bon weekend all 🍻

Wonderful knives, Paul! I get a lot of satisfaction when handling some of the handmade knives I own. Pena, like many others, is a true master.

Absolutely love Pena's work. I won't post mine here since it isn't a classic traditional (screwed construction) but, man, do I love his work!

Fantastic and congrats. If there was a chance I would ever use it, I would pursue one.

Those look to be very beautifully made.

I'm so glad I can't afford such a knife, I don't do safe queens and I just know with my luck I'd probably drop it right on the shop floor after I just finished sweeping the soft cushioning sawdust and wood shavings.

As a kid I often heard my mom say " this is why we can't have nice things " usually that was to my brother but I've certainly had my share of moments.

- thank you for sharing some of your pics too.

Yes, indeed, most impressive. Have handled Oeser and Bose slippies, and Pena is right up there with them, no doubt

Enrique builds an incredible slipjoint. Happy to have this trapper, would love a stockman pattern, but unfortunately slipjoints don’t seem to be his focus these days.
- thank you for sharing yours - very nice indeed.

Yes, a great shame he's not building trad slippies.........the way many folder makers have gone it seems.

- never say never, sir...!

Am in my senior years now, and together with serendipitous circumstance, these wafted my way - otherwise, doubt I'd ever have been able to get my paws on 'em.!
