Entrek Cobra jogging

Hi everyone, I am looking into purchasing either an Entrek Cobra/Companion or Lynx. I plan on using it as my EDC. Now, I would like carry it while jogging; would the Cobra or Companion be too large for this?

One other question, do either of these knives come with a sheath that is mountable IWB?

Entrek knives are good but they are solid, heavy knives for their size. This is a subjective thing of course and what is heavy for one person might not be for another. I would look for something more lightweight. Not a criticism of the knife itself, just its suitablity for the jogging thing.
 
Thanks for the reply. Good point on the weight. Would a Strider WP make a good running knife? Weighs considerably less at 4.3 ounces.
