Entrek Dive knife impressions

Anybody ever handle one of these? While I would be using it for dives, it looks like a great knife to toss into a tool box, bug out bag, etc. Chisel ground blade, unsharpened front and serrations on the other side, 1/4" inch thick....I love Ray's knives, and this looks like a good pry tool, for a knife, that is.
