I have a couple of the Entrek's and they are some great knives for the cost. The 440C blade steel undergoes an extra step in the ht process to bring out the best qualities of this steel. You get a WHOLE lot for the money spent when you buy an Entrek.:thumbup:
I have an Entrek Lynx that I'm extremely pleased with.
The design is simple but very ergonomic, great balance, perfect size for small utility, etc. It's built a bit thick (in the current "prybar" style), but not at all clumsy.
I have several Entrek knives and they are outstanding. They are well made and almost completely handmade. You can't go wrong wtih Ray Ennis and Entrek knives.
I picked up an Entrek Javalinna (sp) at Eugene. I was amazed at how sharp it was. Rather thick, but it is as sharp as most of my Barkies. The man himself was there selling them. Fun.

I've had one and it appeared to be a very well put together knife, my only problem was the kydex sheath was a little on the cheesy side but it worked fine.
I have a Badger and I really enjoy it. I find it easy to resharpen and cuts extremely well considering how thick it is. The sheath sucks but the knife is good.
I've owned the Survivor and currently own the Buffalo model. The Survivor had a handle that was slightly small for my medium to large hands. The Buffalo is a great knife for the price. If I were not retired but still on active duty, I would get a custom sheath made for my Buffalo and feel very comfortable carrying it. Ray Ennis is a great guy, and makes an exceptional knife for the price. I don't know why everyone doesn't have one of Ray's knives in their collection or on their belt.
