Lock up refers to the depth of the lock bar onto the lock face, the Chicago has a thin linerlock and it fully engages the lock face but is very early lockup this its 20% of the way down the lock face., think of it this way, divvy up the lock face into 10 equal parts starting from the left to the right, it only engages on the first two tenths
 
Hmmm I can actually get it new for 35 at a knife store near my house. Would you be willing to take 30 but you can ship it via regular small air packet (which is only like $5 because theres no tracking)?

the cheapest flat rate international box via USPS to AirCanada is 12.95. if you can tell me where to ship it for 5 i will be more then willing to sell it for 30USD
 
i have had people ship knives to me in a bubble mailer. The post stamp says "first class international air mail" and it was from texas to toronto for $2.24 perhaps you could flatten the box and ship the knife in the bubble mailer. Or just ship the knife to me and forget the box all together, I already have enough spyderco boxes.

Okay thanks for seeing if you can do it. If so I can make payment asap!

Edit: How does this sound. I can send 30 to your paypal. And you can try to ship it with the cheaper option. If not send it with the small box and Ill send the extra 5. This way you wouldnt have to make 2 trips to the post office.
