EnZo Birk 75

Thanks, Stefan. Love your reviews, including your music.

I wanted to get a Birk 75 but was unable to find the latest version with a flat-ground blade.

Did you get the scandi version because you wanted it for a particular reason or because you were unable to find the flat-ground version?

@flash900
I actually wanted the scandi version because a folding knife with this grind is a rare bird.

I can't watch the video at work, but will when I get home.

People really need to stop reviewing Enzos! The Birk is on my very short list of MUST have knives.

Just remembered to watch the video. I've seen it before while obsessing about the Birk! :D

I just love how many options there are. I've also read that every part is replaceable/swappable. I don't own anything by Enzo yet, but I'm still debating on a folder or kit fixed. I had so much fun with my last kit. Only wish they (Enzos) weren't so close to finished when you get them.

I cant stop looking at this knife , even when i close my eyes .
My credit card is vibrating with excitement .
I just wanted to ask , is there a slight secondary bevel ? Or is it a "zero grind " ?
The only zero grind i own is a mora ss blade , are they similar ?

I'd get one in a minute if I could find one with full-flat ground blade.

For us city folk, I'm not sure I see the point of the scandi grind blade.

I have one of these is CF and D2, it's an absolutely amazing knife, Very smooth and great Fit and finish
