Hello All!
I'm looking to purchase an Enzo Trapper with a curly birch handle. I've searched a bit on the comfort of the handle and really can't find much. From photos it seems that it is a bit skinny, and I'm looking for something that will fit my hand comfortably for extended carving/fire making/and everyday tasks like box cutting. My hand is medium in size. This will be my everyday/camping knife and it will get a lot of use. Can I get someones opinion on the long term comfort of the trapper handle in birch? I've looked at the Condor Bushlore because the handle seems quite full and comfortable. I'm willing to spend around $100 or so, but if there are cheaper suggestions, feel free. My qualifications would be a wooden handle, 4in. blade, a good leather sheath, and a scandi grind. If I'm beating a dead horse, please forgive me.
Thanks so much for any help!
Joshua
