So recently I posted a thread asking people what they thought the best bushcraft knife was. One person recommended the Enzo Trapper. After looking at it, watching videos, etc, i really like it. Do you guys have any experience with it? How has it held up? How does it feel?

Im getting the D2 version so if anybody has things to say about it it is extra-helpful

No experience but I've been looking at this knife for a while now, haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I had it back in the days. Nice knife, no bells and whistles. I prefer traditional puukko handle, more rounded and comfy than the full tang blocky one.
I didn't like the sheath. Not enough retention. Should be deeper. I once reached to my backpack to get the knife and got cut nicely as the knife had gotten out of the sheath.
I did not trust the sheath.

Like A.L. said, you might consider buying/making a custom sheath. I think i will go with the knife. You getting sv30, d2, or o1?

I absolutely love mine. It's an incredible knife for the price, and holds up really well to fairly hard use. I did my own handles and leather, and it's my go-to knife. I'm always lending it to my buddies to show them how amazing it is. I seriously can't recommend it enough.

Mine has seen a lot of hikes and chores and has held up extremely well. I bought the blade blank and finished the scales myself. Mine is O1 but seems to hold a good edge forever. I highly recommend the trapper and only retired mine when i purchased an Adventure Sworn.

When it was new...
