I got in an Epicenter a few days ago and am really liking it. Only thing is it's developed lock rock. Normally just a bit annoying and I would add some spring tension to the lockbar, but because of the soft screws and the factory's overzealous use of loctite it's now impossible to disassemble. I'm thinking about sending it in but wondering what some of your experiences have been with Boker CS and how long it took?

I had to use warranty once. Had to go back to europe took maybe a month or two....but it had to go back to europe so. Yours is a chinese so either Terry will fix it or send ya a new one I would imagine.
