Hi all. Thanks much for the support and suggestions. I am happy to inform you that I had a nice talk with Kenda at Jantz today, and she has offered to take the part off of one of their in stock grinders and mail it to me post haste.
I didn't think they actually kept them in stock or I would have called and suggested this before now. I thought they had it drop shipped right from Wilton.
They say the squeeky wheel gets the greese. But as I have found out, it is also important that the wheel squeek to the right person!

To Wilton, you make a great grinder, but lets work on that supply/customer service thing huh?
