I was looking over the thread on billy cans, and decided to make a cup to fit the bottom of my camelback bottle, I found a totmato can that will fit perfect. But I cant figure out how to attach handles without it leaking, in case your wondering im planning on handles like theese only smaller

So I thought of epoxy, but would it melt when it hits the heat?, if you know or have another idea Iwould really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Carl B.

also does anyone have experience soldering? I know it melts at a pretty low temp but anyone know if it would hold over a campfire?

epoxy will melt or soften under heat. one trick to remove epoxied on knife scales is to heat them in boiling hot water until the epoxy softens. i would try making a wire loop that would fit around the can and attach the can to your handle that way.
