As I have no experience owning a Cold Steel knife in Carbon V (but very well may sometime later this year) I'd like to know just how well the knives with epoxy coating stand up in terms of resistance to rust. How much oil and other types of knife care is necessary with for example an UWK in Carbon V?
My Benchmade AFCK in D2 has gotten by remarkably well with just me wiping off the blade after use, and applying a coat of tuff-cloth or oil two or three times a month, depending on use.
