I just got the BK11 and am loving it. Great blade shape, sturdy construction, and 1095 is just a sponge for abuse.
I was wondering if anyone had problems using their Beckers for cooking.
Is there a chance that the epoxy coating might come off on to food?
Should I just strip the coating off?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
