Just got my HIKK in. As Uncle said, the horn shrunk from the handle about an inch.
I'll epoxy naturally, but was wondering if this idea might work.

I wanted to make up the JB Weld in a small baggie and squirt it in the crack like cake icing. Any pros and cons?
I thought it would be cleaner and faster.

Roger,

I'd use 1-2 mil plastic sheeting rolled into a cone, like pastry chefs do with parchment paper. The stiffer plastic at the tip should give you more control. You could tape up the outside if you're afraid of leakage onto you. You might be able to find disposable small pastry bags at a kitchen supply too.

I think I saw something about getting a little piece of horn and sanding it down and mixing it with the epoxy. JB weld is black/gray?? Could do a structural layer of epoxy alone, or mixed with some fibers, and a thin cosmetic layer with clear epoxy mixed with the horn over the top.
