Very nice Seth. That sauce looks real hot. Looks similar to something I have had before. Daves Insanity Sauce. That was the hottest sh!t I have ever tasted. One kid that worked with up got him a heaping helping and ate it at once trying to look tough. He got it down, then got real flushed followed by real pale and then literally passed out! It was that hot. BTW, I see that tou got a Pauls Hatchet. I like those, I gotta get me one some day.

i love them all, accept for the pd, wich i love for different reasons... i have never seen, heard of, known, or used a knife that deserved the title "sharpened crowbar" more then that knife...
its nice to have the security of a knife that i can do ANYTHING with, and i mean anything, but i still wish it had less metal directly behind the edge. if i had a decent grinder (wich i dont
) id move the primary grind up about a 1/4 inch... i tried hand grinding/sanding... and woow.... i dont realy want to spend 2 weeks, 8 hours a day on it, only to get an uneaven primary...
the ph is great
it resides with the bm in my bag wherever i go
as to the hotsauces, they are delicious at least, the ones that are mild enough that you can taste them
i put a microdot of mega death on my tongue straight (wich they advice against) - it didnt seem hot at all, no spice to it. however, it felt like i had put a match out on my tonge in that spot, and that feeling didnt go away for a good 15 minutes (after eating and suckin on some bread). im not even going to think about using the death rain nitro straight....
the chipotle slam is amazing! you can sip on it, and its extremely delicious - much milder then id expect from habeneros.
after having this stuff, ive gone back and tried stuff i thought was blazing before - and my oh my is it milder then i remembered. specifically jim beams hot sauce, i could barely use the stuff before, but now i can take it striaght and it doesnt phase me.
its all in how you handle the burn kinda like taking a broken arm - if your willing to look at it in perspective, it doesnt have to be so bad lol... but your arm is still broken.....
