There is a Wilson Industrial hardness tester in the local trading post for sale in Virginia Beach, Virginia for $300. I called the guy and he said that it does measure in the C scale.If anyone is interested I will post the guys telephone number and You can speak with him directly.If someone from out of the area wishes to buy the thing I would be willing to do some leg work to get it shipped for them. he says it weighs around 80-100lbs. I would buy it myself but I am broke from the holiday weekend.First e-mail response gets it.
