Not bad, a pan fried strip with cajun seasoning. The boner was great. I think it may be my goto steak knife.

Flat, I think most of us would, 'goto Steak' with most any model knife. Did you already wolf down the potatos? Leave any for the wife? Barely, restrain yourself long enough to make a photo. DM
