Very nice! You have a wide set of excellent skills plus artistic sensibility not just imagination.

How did you plan the carving for the handle? Did you draw it out first on paper and then transfer it to the handle or do you draw it on the handle and then carve? If you transfer the design can we see what it looks like flat and in 2-dimensions? Thanks

Was the carving inspired by the late artist Keith Haring, that was my first impression. It really is a work of art!

Hi there . I draw to the paper just scatch of both animals . Mainly torso and i left the antlers/tails without details . Just to get basic idea what a want to do. Than i draw the torsos to both sides of the handle an filled the empty space with antlers, foot and tails and so . So basicly i draw it directly on the bone with some preparation :)

WIN HEGER : Thanks :D It is not inspired by him but i took a look on his art and yea .. there is the impesion :D Anyway .. it was inspired by Ringerike style of carving . This knife is for hunter so i wanted to make something different than some clasical snake/dragon viking knotwork :)
