First off, I have purchased a camp tramp on the forum and really like this knife. Others have stated that they did not like the respirene handle, I really like the feel of the respirene.
I am trying to make a decision between the bog dog and the howling rat, my children will be buying this for my birthday
I guess I am wondering what the primary difference is between these two materials and how they would hold up under different uses, any examples of advantage: geometry, edge retention, durability etc would be greatly appreciated. I really like the looks of the bog dog but the howling rat is getting a lot of attention. This would be used as edc and would be subject to all uses imagineable.
Thanks in advance for your input and for your dedication to feeding our need for good tools.
