I went to Blade and got to talk to the crew there at the Emerson booth, everyone was so very nice. I had to come back when Mr. Ernest Emerson was there just so I got a chance to shake his hand. He was very nice and we talked about some things. I love his work and just can't say enough good things about this man. Very down to earth and easy going. We talked about some of his customs and whatnot. I just wanted everyone to know, he is a great guy and stands behind his work. I think everyone there was nice and he has the greatest family. I'm glad I stopped to talk to him, really one of the nicest guys out there.

Thanks for sharing Dan.
Maybe you could emulate some of that Emerson Goodness. :)

For those of you that have never been to Blade, the last thing you do is think about taking pictures. There are so many knives to see and buy and so many people to meet, you really don't think much about pictures when you have a pocket full of money.
But I was staring and drooling over his customs. Everyone there was so nice. I didn't even know they had their own line of clothing. I loved everything about it!

I agree. I have spoken with Mr. Emerson on a few occasions and he is one of the nicest down to earth and easy to talk to people I have had the pleasure to talk to PERIOD. I also agree that he stands behind his work BIG TIME and I say that from personal experience:thumbup::thumbup:
