It is so rare these days to find someone who actually believe in taking care of customers and providing personal service.
Ernie Grospitch is one of those guys. I emailed him with a question and he promptly replied and solved my problem.

Needless to say I highly reccomend him for anyone who needs etching stencils. He has some great looking knives on his site to boot.

he worked with me to make sure I got stencils that would work well rather than my original ideas that probably wouldn't have worked out. The quality is excellent and once we settled on what would be on the sheet they were on the way quickly. I'll be using this sheet for a long time, but I will probably order another in a month or two to add some more options. They etch cleanly and cleanup very well.
 
+1 - I ordered some stencil from him, and he had them in the mail the next day! He also called me to make sure he got everything right.

First class guy to deal with!
 
He is a stand up guy! The dealings I had with him over his stencils were over a year ago now. The service being described by others was as good back then as they are talking about now!:thumbup:
 
+ infinity, the man is one of the rare business men, a true pleasure to do business with. Thing is I have found everyone I have dealt with in the knife making business to be the same way.
 
I purchased some stencils from Ernie a few months ago.

The quality and service are fantastic! I'm getting great results.
 
Funny this should come up today... I just had him make up some stencils today for me, +1 on the :thumbup:

If you are in the market he is the guy to use.
