Error Code When Trying To Leave Feed-Back

Make sure you are putting a description in the text box field
 
It comes up there is an error in your deal details

I have left & received almost 50 feed-backs & have never had this happen

For some reason its not recognizing the URL address
 
If the seller had more than one item for sale and used the same deal thread for both, and another feedback was left, then you will get this error. Only one usage of the URL is allowed.

It is recommended to consolidate posts with multiple items, and that leaves a hole in the itrader feedback system.

I had the same frustration. The iTrader feedback system is flawed in this regard.

You CAN, however, leave A+ feedback for the seller in the GB&U forum.

Oh. In that case did you use the letter 'A' in your feedback? Or use a period? That doesn't work either... ;)

Damn iTrader is finicky. :D

I'm having the same problem as OP. Single item for sale in the original post. Don't know yet about the A or the period - really? I have not left any comments in the text field for view by staff or seller. Will try that. Otherwise, I'll be back to this thread...
 
OK, problem resolved by adding feedback in the comment box. Didn't think that was required but it seems that the iTrader likes the extra effort.
