Does anyone know the story about the escutcheon on this 303? - Bert

Has to be some company that starts with a B and is global. Tried the app Goggles but Google didn't come up with anything.
 
Companies could get the escutcheon of their company and have several hundred knives made to give them away as gifts. I could never find out which company these came from but found them in Indiana.
 
Here are 2 more company shield 303's from my collection.
It's interesting to note that all 3 knives in this thread are Camillus mfg.

Well, I covet the General Atomic, since I don't have one, but have the other two. I swear at some point in the past somebody knew what the Globe around the B ment. Order a couple hundred and you can have them put Burt on the plate and in 50 years someone else will scratch their head over it. What is interesting is to see a list, I have seen one and wish I remember from who, of most of these special runs. There are a lot of them. Hubbard is fairly common. As is Purina. I will get some out and take a photo for Sunday pictures. 300
 
I've seen that logo on a business card not long back. If. I remember correctly it's a global fright. Company. Or a ship or a plane type company. I could be wrong but I did just see a business card with that logo but a updated b

My first response was BUCK has become part of the "one world order clan" or a U.N. knife, or the FREEMASONS. LOL I will say that the plate on the knife renderers itself a great place for promotional or corporate advertisements or gifts.
 
I asked my mother if she new what it was. She said if it was a A it would be AMRAAM. But she has a pen with that same emblem and she thinks it's a munitions company. That contracted with Hughes aircraft in the early ninety when she worked there
 
Wish you would have said something sooner we all could have been watching for you one. I will say something to the Brotherhood in case there is one at the Blade Show.....300

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I've been looking but still haven't found the answer; however, if I do I'll let everyone know.
 
THE DRINKS ARE ON YOU TONIGHT BertL, LOL......all these years of going to graphic design & photography school an working at a Typography house for Boston Add agencies an Illustraitor finely paid off.....I got your answer! I use to design corporate logos. I traced back using GOOGLE search and found it! only here in the Photo its depicted in Red! instead of black on your knife......and yes they are world wide distributors! Some of their corpoarte images have the 'B' inside the Traingle...The B is the signature letter in BASS BEER!
 
FALSE ALARM: Its been brought to my attention by the MASTER 300bucks by hosting a EXPLODED VIEW of the "B" Inside the Triangle that I believe now I'm wrong! that "B" isn't quite right the inside tail does not sweep up higher to the top of the "B" I'm wrong, Damn! & I loved the whole BEER thing too! LOL
Even though I haven't had a drink in 20+ years. Not that I had a problem...LOL I just had met a french Candian Black Foot native american girl an lived with her for a year an "she did not drink" and after year I just could stand any alcohol my body could not take it. I tried to one night and I felt I had been bitten by a rattlesnake and poisoned and felt a burn all through my veins through out my body. And thats my story and I'm sticking to it....LOL
