ESEE 3-MIL Color options

I was perusing the Website. According to the site the 3 MIL is only available in the black at this time. Are there an indications as to when and if it may be available in the green? I have both the RC-5 and Izula in the green and love it. I would really love to see the MIL in the green with the green or natural micarta handles. I know the standard ESEE 3 comes in green but with the orange handle. Any thoughts??:thumbup:

Satin finish and funky G10 would not fit Military spec, don't you think? On a regular ESEE3 why not

You can have a 3- mil in any color you wish, so long as that color is black.

I doubt they'll change that any time soon. If like the green, it's pretty easy to sharpen that pommel up.

they could charge busse prices and do limited runs, too. i'm not knocking busse, i'd love to own one someday, but i like the value and simplicity of rat/esee blades. the colors can be changed with spraypaint and elbow grease.

i'm thinking about making my own micarta for some scales. maybe i'll just buy a couple of pre-made slabs and shape 'em.
