ESEE 4 Accessory Pouch

Hey guys, I read in a previous post that the pouch made for the 5 & 6 fits on the 4. I was wondering if anyone knows if it works with the molle clips, or only with the nylon backing. I'm interested in the pouch, but I wear the knife horizontally using only the clips. Thanks.
 
It works with either - you need to squeeze the pouch a bit so the holes line up... the clips or molle-back go on the back and will remain unaffected as long as your Chicago screws are long enough
 
Thanks for the replies guys. I didn't know if the screws were long enought to pass through the pouch, sheath and clips.
