esee 4 clip plate (how wide of a belt)?

cant seem to find two answers about the esee 4 clip plate: how wide of a belt can it handle and does it rotate for horizontal carry? thanks much

I'd say about a 1 1/2 inch wide belt and no it doesn't rotate.
