Esee 4 Pouch

Hey guys,

I have been looking for a pouch that I can mount to the factory sheath of My Esee 4 like the 5 and 6 have. Here is what I found...

A Compass Pouch (this one is from Maxpedition)

Any pouch will work as long as it is MOLLE compatiable

I used the MOLLE clip that came with the sheath

The Compass pouch is big enough to fit an Altoid tin.

Great job! I'm looking for something a little bit bigger than the pouch that came with my 6. Nice to see a little ray of hope...
 
Yeah I was a bit bummed when I didn't see a factory pouch offered. Luckily I had a tactical tailor one laying around.

Maxpedition is pretty good gear, I have alot of there stuff and its all top quality.

I'm not sure about that... I was ordering some maxpedition stuff so I figured I'd try the compass pouch.
 
Not sure if this is what you're looking for.
Here's a Maxpedition Anemonie on my 5,

I used some 550 cord to weave between the extra holes on the sheath and the PALS webbing on the pouch. On the 3, I even managed to incorporate belt loops with the cord.
The pouch does stick out some (about 3" w/o the buckle,) but it's not as weird looking as it is in the pics.
 
Another good idear, which i will try, ist to put velcro on the sheet and on everything what you want to put on it.
I think this will work fine. In the company where i work we did complete exhibition stands withe the Velcro thing.

slowrie, check Max's website, all their pouches & bags have the sizes shown & larger pictures so you can see them close up.

The ESEE 5/6 pouch will fit the 4 sheath. It's just a snug fit to line up the screws.

Not the most detailed pic, but it's a RC-4 with molle back and the 5/6 pouch attached.
