ESEE 5/6 clip plate.

Good day all,

Does anyone have the clip plate that mounts to the sheaths of the 5/6? If so, do you also have the ESEE 4, and will the plate fit the 4's sheath? I'm assuming it won't fit without some modification, but would like to know if any one has tried.
