that looks like a nice gun dave, i like how "fuego" is colored red. thanks for the pics.

Nice. I really like the Spanish fire control. That's a nice touch on those. FUEGO! LOL

That's a great looking setup Dave, perfect for throwin some rounds down range.

Truly a work of art!

Belongs in a museum it's so good looking.

looks great, dave! i should have the bottom half of mine completed by the end of next week... can't wait!

Congrats on finishing your build! It looks good.

One suggestion would be to move your optic back onto the upper receiver, rather than mounting it on the handguards. The Troy MRF-DI rails are excellent but their claims of being stable enough for an optic are ridiculous. It is best to never mount an optic, even partially, on a handguard (any handguard). You will find that handguards can move and flex which will effect your zero negatively. It looks like you have plenty of space to move it back.

nice job Dave!
lil cricket lay claim to it yet?

no but she has claimed my ak, its now her's!

i may move the optic back but so far i like it there i'll see how it works. if it were a true battle rifle i would move it back but for a plinker it may be fine.

thanks all
cricket

Nice! That reminds me that I need to get my FFL guy to send a copy in for my receiver. I paid for it about 2 months ago but never have gotten the paperwork sent in for it to be shipped.

looks good!!!
i've seen your threads of your progress... Nice to finally see it DONE!!!
