Does anyone know when the Izula Folder is coming????
I'm curious!!
I saw some pic's on the ESEE site
And it looks.......AWSOME

Looks sort of interesting, if you can get it uncoated or get the coating off... but I also remember that the first prototype shots of the RAT 3 looked a lot better than the eventual production version.

That knife has been on the ESEE site for a couple of years now. I doubt if it will every be made.

Same goes for the Esee 3 folder. I'm not holding my breath , but those are some great looking folders and I definately would buy one or the other.

I agree to that.

I'd love to see them both released someday, and I'll definitely buy one if they are eventually released. I find it hard to believe ESEE cant find anyone to make the folders for them. It seems like ESEE has been focusing more on making gear than knives.

I remember Jeff mentioned in a thread he that it was decided to pull the plug on that project.

they were originally going to do it, but later decided to do the ESEE3 folder instead. prototypes have been made (by lionsteel) but production is going to be USA made by rowen. there is no telling when it will come out, my guess would be a couple years though. ESEE still has to introduce the laser striker, SS ESEE4, soft goods, the kitchen collaboration with becker, etc.

I have been hearing about the folder and the LS for a while now. It seems that ESEE is not to concerned about any new products when the stuff they have sells like hot cakes. It could be some red tape type of thing, Im just sayin. If it ain't broke .....
