Thats pretty much a personal question there buddy.
In an urban environment the ESEE 3 is way out of place. The Izula is more discrete and manageable.
i live on a farm and hardly go into urban environment. is the only difference between the izula and the izula 2 the handle size?[/QUOTE]
Yes. (and the price)
As others have said, it's a per. pref. thing. But if it doesn't have to be concealed, and it's between those 2, I'd go with the 3 or even a 4.
We have a farm (horses) truth be told, the knife we use the most is a utility knife (razor knife) (LOL)
Cutting string on hay bales, opeing shavings bags, grain bags, etc. String, paper, burlap, etc. dull up a blade right quick.
Why dull up a good knife on junk if you don't have too. JMHO.
But ... I always have a couple three other knives around ...
Tell you what works great on the farm, is a $10 Mora. Light. easy to carry, sharpens in a heart beat and if it gets lost/broken ... It's $10.
