... in the for sale section.

I've managed to snag a few from fellow forum members but you need to be on top of your game if you want to take advantage of a good deal on a used ESEE.

I have noticed there are a lot of Benchmades and Spydercos available though. Seems odd that so many people sell these knives.

I don't read anything into the amount of Benchmades & Spydercos in the Exchange other than both brands are big sellers and have a collector following.

Once the HEST folder arrives, and the Izula II + Izula Folder, there will be even more hot items in the market.

I think its merely a matter of pricing.. Some spydies are over priced as they're discontinued etc, and need to find the 'collecting' buyer to snatch them up.. this takes much longer then lets say, selling a ffg delica for $40.. it would be gone before it was posted...

The few ESEE's that appear in the Exchange at realistic prices do seem to get snapped up quickly. I have managed to pick up just one and have missed out on many others I would have taken.

I think the ammount of Spydies and Benchmades is due to the ammount of different models available. In the trade section, alot of folks have them for trade looking for a different model.

I have noticed that ESEE blades don't last long, I just assume that people associate the knives with how awesome I am and snatch them up.:D

you should check the Pack # thread ;)

As I have stated before, out of almost 4,000 different products on my site, the ESEE line of knives are my number one seller week after week from the very first week I started selling them. No other knife or product in general comes even close. That really says allot for the ESEE line.

Well, it's all about price/quality. And if that's good (as it is with ESEE) then "bargains" as found in the exchange are bound to be quickly snatched.
