ESEE office - phone number

I was wondering if the ESEE main office has a receptionist to answer incoming calls.
The past two times I've called, nobody answered and a answering machine picked up.

I'm a receptionist myself, so I'm just wondering. :p

I'm speaking about the
'General Inquiries, Technical Questions and End-User Customer Service:'

Gotcha.

Just seeing how one of my favorite company's works.
If you call Busse Combat, a forum member (Busse employee) answers the phones.
I'm guessing ESEE does not have a live person who sits at a desk and answers phones.

This is not a rant :p
 
At what time are you trying to call? We are here in the office 8 to 4 CST

Today, I was calling late morning. Like from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST.

Call it right now and Patricia will answer. She must have been on the other line

Usually we don't answer the phone after 4 but I have been at the doctor all day and Patricia has had it by herself fielding a lot of calls so she is working over today.

Patricia is an AMAZING woman! She deserves way more kudos then she's given.

This is an absolutely true statement. This place would not run without her. Probably the most intelligent woman I have ever met in my life and she multi-tasks really well.
 
I've been sitting here on the toilet, ALL DAY, waiting for the phone to ring because of this thread. Here I find out he means the "official ESEE office"....

You, Tony, Mike and I exist only in the bat cave. Patricia runs blocker for us and is the front person to this whole suicidal, 007, hit-man enterprise we have going on here. Making and selling knives is only a front. Patricia maintains that front for us very well. What goes on in the shadows we shall never tell.....

What location does Mike work at? He's not at the Mitchell Bend office?

Mike is at Mitchell Bend in Tennessee. Patricia is in Alabama. Jeff is in Alabama. Shon Rowen is in Idaho and Dorothy is in a spinning house in the sky on her way to OZ.
