ESEE Orange G10 Question

Is it the same orange on the venom series and the "regular" OD blades? Or does the venom knife come with a more hi-vis variation?
 
IMHO, they are different. At least they LOOK different to me. Orange is orange but the regular orange looks darker to me.
 
Looks that way in the pics, but you never know if it is the way they are taking or processing the photo.
 
I have read posts by those who have them say the orange is much lighter in the "venom green/orange" ones than the pics show.
 
It's tough to tell...I think they use whatever they get in batches. I have two different ESEE-3, both with the orange scales and black blades. The orange handles are different. One is darker than the other and the textures are a bit different...not a huge difference, but noticeable.
 
I agree, Motts. I bet there are some small variations among the different batches. I've never noticed a huge difference, though...
