Out of idle curiosity, what does the general ESEE-Rowen workflow look like? From my lack of understanding/experience/perspective it seems that Jeff and Mike tell Shon what to make and he does all the work, while Jeff and Mike drink tequila and chase women - funded by the sales of ESEE knives... that they really don't have much of anything to do with. Am I missing something? And if not, can I get in on this gig (on the ESEE side)?
