ESEE shipping to APO AE

Hello everyone
I'm wondering if anyone here knows if ESEE will ship the ESEE Pack Kit to an APO AE address in Iraq. I'm not sure if they would consider that international or if ITARS would be a problem. I would love to get a few of these as gifts for my guys. Also, how often are different colors available and can they be pre ordered?
 
APO's all ship stateside first, the military handle's the international end it shouldn't cost extra IIRC.

APOs are treated the same as regular domestic mail. We ship to a LOT of APOs
