ESEE steel origin?

Hey guys. I tried the search function but didn't come up with anything. I know ESEE knives are made and manufactured in the US. Does the steel used come from a US source as well, or even multiple sources? Thanks.
 
Thanks. Yeah I know they're manufactured by Rowen. But I'm curious to know if there is a specific location the steel is being mined from?
 
1095 steel has been around for a LONG time, and is made all over the world. I would guess Rowen buys the best quality, and tries to get the best price.
They probably won't say where a particular lot comes from.
 
Thanks guys. I was just interested in the whole manufacturing process, from source to distribution. And we know Rowen only chooses the best, I can tell by the knife strapped to my pack. Thanks again.
