I have a quick question. I have two Izulas, and have had an RC-6 and now an Esee-6. I have an RC-3 on the way. This might be my imagination but are the edges on the Esee knives thinner? They look it to me.

When they changed names, the only thing that changed was the name and logo on the knife. Nothing else. It may have a thinner edge, but they are all around 20* per side. Give or take a degree or 2.

hi, exactly same manufacturer heat treat and everything. only difference is the engraving. so the edges should be the same. but you have to remember each knife is essintually hand made.

take it easy

The grind may be a touch different from knife to knife. All knives are hand finished.

Just the name/engraving changed. Same everything else.

Thanks guys. I thought they were the same. I never realized the edges were put on my hand though. Thanks again.
