If there's a can of soup in the box instead of the 5, we know who to come after. :D

being new to top quality knives,i am at a loss. it seems that busse knives and possibly esse knives and/or becker knives are the best out there in terms of steel(infi) and 1095.
can the custom knife makers improve on function or are we merely discussing cosmetics?

I've been on the hunt for sometime now for a display box for all my ESEE knives.

To me they are not only the best, most well-made knives on the market, they are also works of art.

Fine art imho.

nothing wrong with A2 ,O1,3V steel either ,it's not a matter of the steel it is about the Heat Treatment

for my esee & becker knives, this is by far the best display box i've found :D they need lots of sunlight, fresh air, and wood to munch on if you want to make their lives as happy as possible ;)
