Normally I don't make announcement pertaining to some of my purchases but I just couldn't resist on this one.. (besides its been about 6 weeks since I bought a knife)..;)

I sold my old beloved stripped Izula, well I guess you could say traded as it was an equal deal monetarily..

I had no choice but to buy one,:rolleyes: I still have a couple Izula's one of which I neck carry.. I want to compare the two as a necker, from every source of information I could read people tend to sway toward the Escabar compared to the Izula, mostly for the larger blade..

My thoughts are I want to build a psk on the sheath and make it my necker for the woods exclusively..

We'll see and I will definitely review this badboy as soon as it arrives !!!!

Congrats! I just got mine just before New Years. I like it a lot. I gave the Mrs my Izula. Both great knives...

Congratulations!!! If it turns out for some off chance you don't like it you could always just send it my way ;) (though I doubt you will) :D
 
My order got delayed for my dealer here in town. I hope it gets here before I move!
 
The EsKabar is nice.....a great compromise between the two knives. I really like the bigger blade on the izula handle.
