No other colors. Doubt they will make any others. Either strip it and polish it or get it duracoated (K9 on here does great work)
bolt size 6/32x3/8, wrench size 7/64
I just bought one...and the sheath problem still exists... Two times putting knife in and out of e sheath completely dulls the knife... Getting a kydex sheath from http://www.the710customsheaths.com/
The d2 eskabar, bk24, will not have a coating on it if I remember right. The screws for the 14's scales is an allen wrench. I'm not sure which size but I'll guess around 1/8th.
If you want a different color, you could buy a standard Eskabar and send it off to K9 for some of his duracoat magic.
As far as the stock sheaths go, spend an evening watching a movie and just work the knife in and out the whole time. The edge that rubs will wear down and then you won't have the dulling issue. Otherwise, Kydex or leather will do the trick, too.
OFM4 is right, the allen wrench needed for the handle scales is 7/64.
Of course, even with the standard Eskabar in 1095, you could always strip the coating for a different look.
