Esplosion damascus kwaiken... ;)

Hi there!

Working on a custom order : a damascus version of my kwaiken (aka : pocket tanto).

The damascus was welded & patterned by my friend Claude Schosseler.
I handforged the blade trying not to disturb the pattern too much, which is always a bit tricky...

Cutting edge is about 85-90mm

I wasn't happy with how the damascus looked, so...

... et bis repetita ...

I took everything off. Hand-rubbed the blade again. Etched it again.







Nicer... =D
