Let me start over.....
Hey Everybody....
A lot of fun in Knifedom this weekend......Between the Beckerheads West gathering and The ESSE Campout in Alabama there was a BUNCH of fun....I got there on saturday around noon ( I ran into Patrick and the Shotgunners on an ice run), and immediately saw some friendly familiar faces....Patrick and his wife Heather, Patrick instructs for Jeff and Mike and keeps them from making complete fools of themselves....The Shotgunners are awful good people.....But then again there were NO dull or obnoxious people there.....The RATpackers are a lovely lot, all things considered and I think there is good reason that there is so much cross pollination between the two of us....I brought some goodies for people to play with and there were some good fun with the contests.....Met some really interesting people and got to know some people better.....Getting the chance to share a little food and fellowship, some fun knife gossip....Cook a little...share a brewski or three....and watch the morning after......GOOD time....... BTW Jay is way too smart, Angie is awesome, and Average Iowa Guy ain't really average and that IS meant as a compliment......Didn't get to see much of Moose but ya can't have it all.....Lotsa really good people, good food, a little whiskey, a few knives and a fire......WAHOOOOOOOO.....
