I have the October issue and theres a esse-3 knife on there, Does anyone know whats it called to put that bright yellow on there. A buddy of mine told me be forgot. Its the prosses when you dip the knife or gun part in water and get electrical waves. then you dip the blade in the water and it gets wrapped in the wrap you want. HELP!!!!!!
