(I did a search first and didn't find the answer.)

I recently purchased a standard non custom British Army Service model and would like to know what the turn around time is.

Are they made as they are ordered or is there a supply of standard models already made and waiting to ship?

Did you make a purchase on the website, or through a DOTD post here on the forums?
 
Generally Auntie keeps items in stock for purchase on the website. If they are not in stock she would let you know availability.
DOTD items are always in stock items. Generally in stock items purchased will take 3 to 4 days to reach your doorstep.

When did you make your purchase?
At present, Auntie Yangdu is in Nepal on Business and the store is closed. Any orders placed between Sept 16th and Oct 16th will have to wait to be filled by her upon her return. They will recieve top priority.

I just placed the order on Sept. 20.
It looks like I am in for a long wait. At least now I know what to expect.

From what I have seen it should be worth the wait.
 
i am still waiting for a special order from 22.07.11 togehter with a warranty replacement for a damaged blade.

hope it will be finished when aunty returns to the states. i am anxious to get my 2 blades :)

I think you'll find it is worth the wait and find Aunties service top notch.

Logistics is one of the things being addressed while shes there. Hopefully you won't have to wait much longer.
 
Auntie uses Stargate. AT times Doraemon's magic door as well.
From Reno to Penang, 8410miles via Priority Mail it will take about 5-7 business days.
Sometimes it's so fast, by the time i got the tracking number it's already at custom!

You are correct, they probably won't be responded to until auntie gets back to her own computer.
Her internet access in nepal is spotty at best. Orders that came in while she was gone will have top priority. As always, she will do her best to take care of everyone. Give her a day or two after the 16th though, she's probably going to have a bit of jet-lag from flyimg 1/2 way round the world.

I just received notification that my package has been delivered. Can't wait to get home and have a look.
