estate find

Hi Richard,
These were in the bottom of a box of bayonets at an estate auction, all wrapped in bubble-wrap so the sellers must have assumed they too were bayonets.
They all look to be TGLBs,two have had some use.All bar one came with spec-ops brand sheaths, the other had a kydex sheath.
I dont know much about the Busse brand and dont see many here is Australia,so I feel this is a good find.
As to what to do with them,I will keep for now(These arent really in my collecting circle)but I know if I go to move them on I can do.
Thanks for looking.

Wow, that's a pretty awesome find! The big question on my mind, is how much did you pay for the lot, bayonets included? I might cry.

ETA - Here's how to add you pic to this post:

Nice score brother!!! Just got a sweet find and that's what counts. As far as what you paid... That's your business. Congrats!

Holy Cow! I'm just gonna pretend that you paid $12.99 apiece for those, and be insanely jealous:D

Nice score.

Thanks for the picture.

Congratulations on your find.

No disrespect or malice meant but I am wondering which Australia Hog passed without us knowing.

if it was an estate sale usually someone passed on.

I was thinking the same thing, David, but was not sure how to say it.

A toast to the person with the good taste to be a Busse Fan!

You scored big time with those.
Check the Busse section of the Exchange before you decide to move them on.

Oh my...what a find. Congrats! It is nice to know they found their way to a collector.

The last one appears to be competition Finish" and that combo (Competition Finish with Black and Tan G10) was as close as you could get in a TGLB to Daryl Dixon's knife from The Walking Dead. Competition Finish is no longer offered, and even when you could get it, it wasn't something you could order directly from the website, so whoever had those originally had to special order it.

And they're all the INFI version, and not the somewat less expensive SR-101 "Battle Grade." Even used, these tend to go sell at a premium over their original offer price, so if you paid less than about $3000 Australian for the lot, I'd say it was a great find.
